Favorite Lens

Love this lens. For the price it's great. Very lightweight and gives awesome distortion. Been using it for concert photography and it has given me some of my most dynamic shots ever. Build quality is also good, it's survived a lot of mosh pits and high-vibration car mounts.
Despite being manual focus it's pretty easy to get good shots. The pictures won't be very sharp without flash, but is sharpness ever the goal with this lens? No. It's composition.

Top kreative lens

I use ist with a Fuji x-s10 and when U are used top MF lenses it's a lot of fun but also very good performance. Ist's sharp from 2.8 - wide center -, stopped down top 5.6 it's also sharp in the corners. Depending in the POV and the angle you can use it as a super wide angle, with the obligatory and nice distortions of a fish-eye lens. The built quality ist excellent. In any way worth buying!

Well constructed

This lens is well built and feels solid in the hand. The image quality is good, with impressive sharpness. I already owned three Meike manual lenses before I purchased this, so I was already on board with the brand. If you're ok with manual lenses then this is a great choice, particularly when you condsider the reasonable price.
