Excellent lense and outstanding product warranty by Meike Global

This lense is by far my favourite lense. Image quality is good to outstanding depending on the aperture and what you are taking pictures of. I cannot fault it. The lense is well built and smoothly connects to my Sony A7II and A7RIII. I haven't used my Sony 28mm-70m kit lense or any other lense since buying this one. The colours of the Meike are better than the Sony kit lense and the bokeh is extremely nice. The aperture and focusing rings operate as smooth as butter. Also, Meike's warranty is excellent. A few weeks after receiving the lens, the convex lens fell out and broke when it hit the floor. These things can happen. The ring that secures the convex lens wasn't tightened properly in the factory. Although I only asked for a replacement convex lens, Meike immediately sent a whole new lens. Now that's fantastic warranty service. Meike genuinely back-up their products. I just wished Meike would manufacture more full frame lenses.

top class manual lens for Lumix S-series

this lens is just superb. Well-built and compact body.
No problem with connection with Lumix S5 as manual lens.
Photos are sharp and manual focusing very good as well.

If there would be Meike 85mm F/1.4 lens for L-mount I would buy it as well.

They make nice lenses with affordable price.
I wish you guys make more L-mounts Lens.
