Battery Drain

I bought this for my Canon R8 but I am experiencing battery drain and can't find where to download a Firmware update or how to install it that is supposed to fix this matter. I sent an email but Meike has yet to respond. I went to their updates download page but I don't see the firmware link that others have spoken of. Appears they may have removed it. Frustrating.

Une bonne bague, presque aussi bonne que l'original mais....

La bague fait le Job elle est de meilleur qualité que celles que peuvent proposer la concurrence hormis l'original mais c'est normal.
Néanmoins comme le disent d'autres clients comment faire la mise à jour ? Aucune information sur le site ou la toile....
Merci à Meike de créer une page dédiée pour les utilisateurs(trices) sur comment faire la mise à jour de leurs produits depuis un MAC ou un PC.

Adapter drains battery of camera ....... the 0.7 firmware update fixes the problem ..............
HOW TO INSTALL THE FIRMWARE .... you need to provide instructions on how to install the firmware.

Обновление адаптера

Адаптер прекрасно работает и позволяет назначать быстрый доступ к нужному параметру съёмки. Аккумулятор не садится и работает в штатном режиме при выключенном аппарате. Только интересно с помощью какого программного обеспечения обновлять устройство и каким образом. Опишите пожалуйста подробное руководство к обновлению прошивки адаптера.
