Very nice flash

Works perfectly. Very light.

Flash is great but fragile.

Works great with Sony Alpha 6000.
Bright flash.
Quick recovery for short times between.
I really like it."
BUT
The part that slides in to the camera, the foot, isn't very strong. Mine broke after a few uses. The parts, nubs, that slide in to the camera is just a tiny portion, plastic sticking out on four sides, of the foot. Like 1mm X 1.5mm X 1mm little pieces sticking out just delicate plastic. One broke off already so if another breaks off then the flash won't work. I didn't drop it. Have been very careful inserting and withdrawing it.
IMPORTANT: The flash comes in a thin cloth case. That is probably why the foot broke. Now, when it isn't on the camera, I keep a plastic cap over the flash connection piece to protect it while it is in the bag.

A nice compromise of size and power - but doesn't work for newer Sony cameras

This is a nicely built, relatively small, flash for use on Sony MI cameras. I was using a Sony HVL-F20M, but was frustrated that it has no power switch, and that, when in its flat, easy to fit in a bag, configuration, it was on and would run down the batteries. The 320 is about twice as thick as the F20M, but otherwise about the same size and with more than 50% more power. It's very easy to carry when folded flat, and using a real power button removes the issue I had with the Sony flash. The LED modeling/assist lamps are also a plus.

I was disappointed, though, that the flash did not come with a cover for the foot. Those MI contacts are small and delicate. Also disappointing is that Meike has not updated this flash for whatever change Sony made in their protocols with the A7III. There is a USB port that theoretically allows for firmware updates, but no update has been released. This flash would be a handy one to use on newer cameras like the A6500 and A7C, if it could support them.
