New FW V1.9

Hi,
When I first got this adapter two days ago, it worked well on my Sony lenses and Sigma lenses but it didn't work on Samyang's and Tokina's lens.
I found today the new FW Version 1.9 which was released on 3 Aug and downloaded and upgraded the FW from the old one(V1.3?) to V1.9.
After upgrading, this adapter doesn't work on any brand lenses. I can't find the old versions of FW on this site.
What are the problems with V1.9?
Why no old versions of FW?
Is there any possibility that the adapter was damaged during upgrading?
Let me have your comments asap!

Thanks

I am using it with the Sigma e mount 100-400 mm F5-6.3 Contemporary DG DN OS on a Nikon Z 6II. All the functions appear to be working.
I like how thin it is.
The fit between the adaptor and the camera is tight. It is difficult to put the adaptor on the camera without the lens attached, but with the lens attached it is fine, so I am not complaining about that.
My concern is that there is definite movement between the adaptor and the lens. I can "rock" the lens and feel it move. It felt tight enough when I mounted the lens, but apparently it is not as tight as it should be. I don't know if it is affecting the focus.
I am unsure as to whether I should return it.

I tried it with a few lenses and it worked well eg Sigma 85mm f1.4 DG DN Art, Sigma 105mm Macro DG DN Art, Sony 14mm f1.8, Sony 24-240mm zoom. It worked intermittently with a Zeiss (Sony) 24-70 zoom - sometimes it would not focus until after several tries and sometimes it would not focus at all.
I would like to make a comment about your website - it STINKS -- its AWFUL. Very difficult to find things, no manuals and very few instructions.

Also: Gar nicht. (Kamera meldet beim Einschalten ›error‹ und blockiert komplett.)

It can work with Z9 after updated the firmware. However, it can only support few Sony E-mount lenses included FE 50mm f1.4 ZA and FE 200-600mm G. The FE 35mm f1.4 cannot work! Other third party lenses like Samyang cannot work!
