MK-EFTE-B Auto Focus Mount Adapter EF/EF-S lens to Sony E mount camera

I am disappointed with the original Sony FE 90 mm F2.8 Macro G OSS. The autofocus speed decreases rapidly with higher aperture numbers.
I tested the MK-EFTE-B adapter with a Canon Macro 60 mm lens. Autofocus is much faster than with the original Sony Macro. Image is sharp.
The biggest limitation are apertures above F16, which causes a soft image.
