Refund policy

Cancellation:

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  •  Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at marketing@mkgrip.com.Please contact our Customer service at marketing@mkgrip.com. to get the return address.

Return:

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product. Also,we have right to reject a request of return if the buyers have bad intentions.  We don't accept a return if there is no quality problem with the product after 7 days of receipt.

  • Returns (if applicable),customers send back it to our factory in China
  • Please use DHL/FedEx shipping method to send back the lens and provide us the tracking number and a photo of this parcel after you send it out.

  • We would appreciate if you could fill in the low declaration value.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
