The overall build quality of the Meike Drop-in Filter Mount Adapter is solid and reliable. The PL mount holds the lens securely, and the adapter itself fits snugly onto the camera body with no noticeable play or wobble — a reassuring feature for any professional setup.

However, the main downside lies in the variable ND filter wheel. It feels a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the build. The wheel is quite small, made of plastic, and has a loose, fiddly feel that doesn’t inspire much confidence during operation. A bit more resistance or tactile feedback would make a big difference, especially in on-the-fly shooting situations.

That said, the adapter delivers where it counts optically and mechanically. If Meike revises the ND wheel in future versions, this would be a near-perfect piece of kit.

Great filters but is there an alternative for the clear filter, that is, just a plug filter so no glass is present in the adapter.

This drop in fitter adapter is brilliant. It works well and for a good price.

This Adapter have a great value into it , Fix almost any other Pl lenses .
